For your teamOperations

If you run operations, here is how I would start.

I ran multi-site field operations across Greater Los Angeles, redesigned reporting workflows with leadership for accuracy and audit readiness, and tracked channel performance and inventory at Dasalla. This is how I would spend my first 90 days on your team.

The first 90 days

What I would do in a new operations role, in the order I would do it. A plan, not a promise about any one employer.

  1. T+30 · Learn

Learn the workflow and its records

Follow the work from start to finish and meet the people who hand it off. Note where information is late, duplicated or kept in two places.

At Senvicare I kept service and compliance records accurate across multiple sites.

  2. T+60 · First deliverable

Fix one thing that is slow or wrong

Pick one report, schedule or record process that costs time and rework it with the people who use it. Then track whether accuracy improves.

At Senvicare I redesigned reporting workflows with leadership for accuracy and audit readiness.

  3. T+90 · Own it

    Own a recurring cycle

Run one cycle every week, such as scheduling, an inventory count or the weekly report, with written steps and a short summary for leadership.

At Green Solar and Spectrum I reported weekly to leadership and management.
