For your teamE-commerce
If you sell online, here is how I would start.
I built my own e-commerce business from zero, and at Dasalla I worked with a $2,000,000 product portfolio sold through B2B partners, Amazon, Shopify and Houzz. I read the numbers behind a store and say what to change. This is how I would spend my first 90 days on your team.

What I would do in a new e-commerce role, in the order I would do it. A plan, not a promise about any one employer.
-
T+30 · Learn
Learn the store and its numbers
Read the catalog, traffic and sales reports. Learn how each channel is set up, who owns it and which numbers the team trusts.
I did the market research and keyword research for my own site myself.
-
T+60 · First deliverable
Deliver one report or one fix
One useful thing with the numbers behind it: a weekly channel report, products that are not selling, or a tracking gap. What I found, and what next.
At Dasalla, sales data showed $300,000 of stock that was not moving.
-
T+90 · Own it
Own a recurring workflow
Take one recurring job end to end, such as the weekly report or the keyword and page review, and write the steps down so someone else can run it.
On my own site, SQL and Python pipelines track pricing, search performance and conversion.
